God sees beyond the present generation.

We trust that our senators will confirm Judge Cavanaugh to the Supreme Court tomorrow. If not, we will have to live with the consequences of our own unbelief.

We have been a limiting generation who did not have enough faith in God to provide for more than the average two-member families we have today. And yet we are one of the richest nations in the world.

I trust that God will be merciful and give us a strong and righteous judge who will interpret our constitution the way the founders created it to be interpreted and acted upon.

Numbers 14:31: “But your little ones which ye said should be a prey, them will I bring in and they shall know the land which ye have despised.”

There are politicians who want unlimited immigration of cultures and backgrounds, who despise Christianity and Judeo/Christian ethics. At the same time, they want our families to be limited. We desperately need to pray that God will even yet raise up a new generation of young voters who believe that our great God is more than able to provide for as many children that He wants us to have.

Where are the arrows to shoot forth from godly, conservative, righteous upright families to fill all branches of our government?

Psalm 127:1: ”Except the Lord build the house, they labor in vain that build it.” America desperately needs married couples who will let God build their homes.

Psalm 27:3: “Lo, children are an heritage of the LORD: and the fruit of the womb is his reward.” America needs Christian couples who will acknowledge that children they bring into the world are rewards from the Lord.

Psalm 127:4: “As arrows in the hand of a mighty man (a warrior), so are children of the youth.” America needs believing couples who will raise their children to be arrows, sent forth from their bows to make America great again. Arrows that will hit the mark and destroy all that is wrong in America today. Arrows that will impact this nation for good and vote in leaders of moral backbone.

Psalm 127:5: “Happy is the man that hath his quiver full of them: they shall not be ashamed, but they shall speak with the enemies in the gate.” The opposition to moral conservatism fears Christians having larger families. What is the power that drives two-memeber families. Of course. It is the devil himself who hates life and hates children. He does all he can to deceive. He wants us to doubt God’s ability to provide. He wants us to be self-centered. He wants us to avoid a sacrificial life style.

He wants women out of their homes. He does not want them to understand the value of building a godly home. Multitudes of women are sacrificing their precious children on the altars of their careers. The men are blinded to see the importance of the mothers in the home. Mothers, families, and homes are almost synonymous terms.

God never intended that so-called Christian America should struggle to have enough votes to win an election that will defeat corruption and bring peace and prosperity. It is high time we stopped limiting godly families.

Are we concerned about the mid-term elections? Yes, we are. We need many more votes. Wake up Christian America before it’s too late.

Psalm 37:25: “I have been young and now am old: yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread. He is ever merciful, and lendteh and his see is blessed.” God promises that the children you thought you couldn’t afford will be a blessing. They will help turn the tide in our nation.

Last week my wife and I spent a week at Laguna Beach in Florida (our annual family vacation). A large number of family and friends were with us which always adds to the fun.

After traveling all day in our vehicles, we arrived at our destination on the beach. We got out of our cars and immediately knew that something was very wrong with the atmosphere. There was a strong smell in the air and we all immediately began coughing as if someone had released hot pepper into the air.

The manager had not yet arrived to unlock the house which family members had rented for the week and so we had to stay outside coughing our hearts out. We went down to the surf and beheld thousands of of dead fish washed up on the shore. The machine came down the beach every night to gather them all up.

Finally, we got into the house and got the A/C going which brought considerable relief. We soon discovered that many of the beaches in Florida were experiencing what is known as a red tide. It is an algae that blooms in costal areas around the world. It kills certain fish and is harmful to humans, especially causing respiratory problems. Eating shell fish (and other fish) can be dangerous if they are contaminated with the algae.

As a family we immediately went to binding and losing in prayer. We asked God to work a miracle for us. The next morning, we woke up to a beautiful day without any trace of the smell. No more coughing. No more dead fish coming up with the tide. The beach remained perfect for the entire week of our stay. Praise God who loves to answer family prayers.

This was an outstanding miracle for us. I mention it to prove that God still loves to work miracles when families pray the prayers of agreement (Matthew 18:18-20).

There is another tide threatening the USA and it’s called The Blue Wave, the political party that wants to destroy conservative values. They want to keep abortion on demand, support the homosexual agenda, bring down moral values, raise taxes, and turn America into an extreme socialist state controlled by a one world government.

Extreme socialism (communism) has always hated and persecuted Christians. Take North Korea for example, the No. 1 persecutor of Christians in the world. And now China has recently begun a resurgence of persecution and is doubling down against Christians.

The blue wave gives lip service to our constitution, but in their hearts, they want to destroy it. America is one of the most blessed countries in the world, perhaps the most blessed. And yet this blue wave will never be satisfied, no matter how much God has favored us.

The blue wave is a humanistic wave which has no place for God. When God is removed from society all moral restraint is removed.

But just as our family prayers bound the tide of death and destruction on the beach last week in Florida, even so we can bind this blue wave of atheism, humanism, and extreme socialism which threatens our godly values.

There has never been a more important time to gather your family around you and pray to the Father in Heaven through the name of His Son, Jesus Christ to destroy this blue wave of lies and deception.

Isaiah 59:19: “So shall they fear the name of the LORD from the west, and his glory from the rising of the sun. when the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the LORD shall lift up a standard against him.”

You, your wife, and your family can be that standard (banner) to send the enemy packing.

GOD IS MORE THAN WILLING TO ANSWER YOUR FAMILY PRAYERS.

The fight for integrity is on right now in our nation. Washington needs leaders of high integrity. The Supreme Court needs men and women of high integrity.

It is appalling, alarming, and grieving to observe day after day the smear tactics and lies hurled at the Donald Trump appointee to the Supreme Court, Judge Brett Kavanaugh.

Judge Brett Kavanaugh has already been thoroughly examined and vetted by the due process of our government. However, because the opposition party are scared of another conservative appointee to our Supreme Court they are throwing all integrity to the wind. They are resorting to outright lies and smearing on an unprecedented scale to stop this righteous and highly qualified man.

They are scared out of their brains that Roe v. Wade will be overturned.

They have judged without proof a man who is known amongst his fellow men and women as a gentleman and one who treats all women with respect. Without a trial. Without being proved guilty. They no longer heed the longstanding precedent of our nation that a person is “innocent until proved guilty.”

Fathers and mothers, gather your children around you and pray earnestly that Brett Kavanaugh will be successful in his nomination. Pray that our leaders will see through the lies and the dirty allegations to Christian families.

We can certainly turn back the tide of evil in our nation if we pray the prayers of agreement. Bring these Scriptures before the Lord.

Isaiah 54:17: “No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me saith the LORD.”

Isaiah 59:19: “So shall they fear the name of the LORD from the west, and his glory from the rising of the sun. When the enemy shall come in like a flood the Spirit of the ORD shall lift up a standard against him.”

Matthew 18:18-20: “Verily I say unto you, WHATSOEVER ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. Again, I say unto you, that if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.”

Families who pay in agreement are powerful families. Notice that the Scripture doesn’t limit the prayer of agreement to church disputes when it uses the word “whatsoever.” This word is all encompassing and is also used in John 15:16: “WHATSOEVER ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.”

Governments no longer pray, although there are individuals within the government who pray. Sadly, even in many churches prayer is not given the prominence it deserves. And yet right now, we need the Lord of Hosts, the Lord of the Armies of Heaven to fight for us and with us. We can no longer look to the government to save us from the floodtide of evil that threatens the drown us.

But praise be to God, where two or three are gathered in Jesus Christ’s name, He will come in the midst of them.

This is where families have their greatest authority and honor. Fathers and mothers, for the sake of this nation and your future, turn your family into a praying family.

Large numbers of people die early in life through drug overdose—70,000 last year in USA alone! Suicide is at epidemic proportions. Ever-increasing numbers are daily being shot down and killed in many of our large inner cities.

Behind this culture of death are demonic spirits who want to destroy man who was born to be the bearer of the glorious image and likeness of God.

It’s high time for the church to rise and go to war, not with weapons of the sword, but with the weapons of the spiritual world. I am sure you remember singing the hymn: “Onward Christian soldiers, marching as to war, With the cross of Jesus going on before.” Let’s do it.

Militant prayer should be the order of every day. We must learn to bind the powers of darkness through the power of Jesus’ name and the authority of His precious blood. We cannot accept the devil’s carnage across the nations of this world any more. Not a day longer.

We are born again to fight. We don’t fight against flesh and blood, but against principalities and powers.

If we do not fight, we will lose.

We must train both ourselves and our children in spiritual warfare.

Our God is a Man of War (Exodus 15:3).

Our Lord Jesus Christ is also a Man of War (Revelation 19:11-16).

Considering this truth, it is obvious that we who are His followers should also be men of war. We should also be training our families to be committed to fight in the Lord’s battles. And currently we are in a huge battle in our nation. It needs all spiritual warriors on deck.

However, our warfare is not against flesh and blood. Ephesians 6:12, 18: “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places . . . Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints.”

Behind all physical evil is the driving and motivating force of demonic powers. These are the real giants that no physical weapon can touch, let alone destroy. In Matthew 16:23: Jesus rebuked Peter for trying to turn Jesus away from the cross: “Jesus turned, and said unto Peter, GET THEE BEHIND ME, Satan: thou art an offense unto me: for thou savorest not the things that be of God, but those that be of men.” Do you notice that we must now allow Satan in front of us. We must put him BEHIND US! (Luke 22:31, 32 and Acts 5:3).

The Second Amendment of our Constitution gives us the right to bear arms. However, none of these weapons, no matter how powerful, can cause even the slightest alarm to the real giants that are in the spiritual realm. When it comes to fighting and praying against political enemies, etc. we have no right to use physical weapons for we wrestle not against flesh and blood (Ephesians 6;12).

The New Testament exhorts us to arm ourselves with spiritual weapons (Ephesians 6;10-18). I think that most Christian men are more familiar with physical weapons than spiritual weapons. In this critical time, we must learn more about the use of our spiritual weapons. This is the only way to bind the powers of darkness that are over this nation and the nations of this world and lose the multitudes that are bowed down by the enmy.

Evil, dark, and sinister forces bind the multitudes in North Korea and Middle Eastern countries including Syria, Afghanistan, and Iran, etc. The only way to ultimate victory and to bring righteous peace amongst the nations is through the use and skill of the spiritual weapons God has provided for us in Christ Jesus.

In Numbers 14:9 Caleb and Joshua tried to calm the people of Israel when they feared the giants and the high, thick walls of the cities they had to conquer: “Only rebel not ye against the LORD, neither fear ye the people of the land; for they are bread for us: their defense is departed from them, and the LORD is with us: fear them not.”

What do the words “their defense is departed from them” mean? Joshua and Caleb had spiritual insight to know that God had bound the demonic spiritual forces that were behind their physical enemies.

Even the harlot, Rahab had more spiritual insight than the heads of the tribes of Israel (Numbers 13:2, 3). Forty-five years after the Israelites left Egypt to come into the land, she said to the spies: “I know that the LORD hath given you the land, and that your terror is fallen upon us, and that all the inhabitants of the land faint because of you” (Joshua 2:9).

We must exercise our God-given authority over the powers of darkness for He has given us the power to bind and loose. Matthew 18:18: “Verily I say unto you, whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.”

Psalm 2:8: “Ask of me, and I shall give thee the heathen for thine inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possession.”

Psalm 149:6-9: “Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, and a two-edged sword in their hand;
To execute vengeance upon the heathen, and punishments upon the people;
To bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron;
To execute upon them the judgment written: this honor have all his saints. Praise the Lord.”
